Report "I have a Presto percolator and have had it for almost 3 years. Just recently, I have been having trouble with the cord; when I plug it in to make coffee, the end that goes into the base gets very hot, and just today had gotten a spark right from that area. What is causing the problem, and if I changed the cord, will that solve the problem?"
