I have a Pro-3 RH 2232 holster that the top strap has broken off of. It will need to be resewn to make the holster serviceable again. WHERE can I take it or send it in the Portland, OR metro area (or not) and how much are the only two questions I have

I advice you check the service manual that came with your device to see names and locations of service center on the device, getting this is a way forward and a better means of getting your device service.
