I have a problem in my monitor every time i open it there is a block line appear on it specially during start up about 2 inches block line the characters move up. what is this kind of monitor problem please help

Hi Friend, In this case I would recommend you to please try and connect any external monitor to teh system to isolate the issue.
If you see the same lines on the external one as well, then I would recommend you to please try and update the video drivers for the system.
If the display on the external monitor is fine. It means that the issue is with the CRT monitor itself that is either needs to be checked or Repaired
