I have a problem with my ingenico i5100 Payment terminal When I turn on it , a message trying bootp appears , but it not finishes to start. Do you know how solve this problem ? Thanks Alex

Pin pad is hanging up there is a small hole similar to dvd or cd emergency open that is pin pads reset hold down for 5 sec if it does not reboot s/w is shot
