I have a Protron PLTV-3250 flat screen TV. I need to hook up a Sony wireless stereo headphone system (Model MDR-RF970RK.) It has a transmitter that the headphones rest in to charge the headphone battery. I can connect the red and white plugs, from the other end of the headphones transmitter, into my other oldeer GE TV- Model 276T618. When I plug these into the "Audio Out" red and white ports, my headphone works perfectly. But when I plug into the top 2 jacks of the 7 that are on the left side of the Protron TV, the headphones do not work. The Protron users manual shows these 2 jacks as "Audio Output." I also tried the jacks on the right side of the Protron TV. Please respond on your suggestion how to hook up this headphone system. THANKS!
Check out this manual. It has clear cut instructions with illustrations as to how to connect the headphones to your tv. http://www.ccrane.com/instruction-manuals/sony-wireless-headphones-mdr-rf925rk.pdf
Feel free to post back if you still can't figure it out and I will be glad to guide you through the appropriate instructions.
