Report "I have a prowler 3410 worked really good for awhile. I placed it in storage and when I pulled it out to use it the batterys were dead I charged them for 20 hours or so. Turn the key on and battery power gauge shows full charge diagnostic light has a green glow but very dim and it flashes bright orange or maybe red sorry im color blind and maintains dim green as it flashes. When engaging lever to go forward or backward the scooter moves a little and the power gauge drops to have charged or less and then stops. And then if you wait a bit you can move a little more and it stops. Any idea. I checked wire connection all are in tight show nowhere"
