I have a quantum 6000 electric chair, it will not move says battery is 100%... The only thing I can think of is one of the three lights on the bottom is now red instead of green

HI.If the lights turn to red from green then it just signifies that the battery is busted.Is it a rechargeable battery.How long have you been using the battery?
