Report "I have a Ramsey QM 9000, I bought the a jeep and It was installed by previous owner but it is not operable. There are 2 wires sticking up that are cut off and taped up then a wire that runs out from the left of the winch directly to the battery. A wireless remote came with it. The spot where a clutch lever is suppose to be is also vacant. I have no idea where to start. I'm new to winches and I only found ONE winch that looked like mine but told me nothing. HELP!"
