I have a ray pak model cr407a enc, it fires up runs for about 30 seconds to a minute then shuts off and leaves a code on the panel that reads "FAN"

- Before doing any troubleshooting make sure that the machine is turned off when entering the machine.
I would like to help you regarding your concern about your Raypak Rp2100 Pool & Spa Heater, I see that you mentioned you get a code on the LCD panel saying FAN.
Please see steps below:
Note:
- We can check the Combustion FAN on your machine
- Clean any debris that can cause the Fan not to spin.
- Check the Fan's connection if it is connected or seated properly to its power source.
- Also you can Remove the Combustion Fan just to be able to clean it properly.
It is possible that the Fan is experiencing ventilation issues in the machine.I hope that this can be of help regarding your concern.
