I have a RCA L32HD31R TV - I turned it off when I went for a walk, I came back and tried to turn it on as normal. I get no picture and no sounds, I have tried unplugging it, tried a different outlet etc. to no avail. Any ideas or is it fried?

The power supply module will be the first place to look. Check for blown fuse, bad caps with leaking/bulging tops.
