Usually this is a bad printer pad, or your disc are not flat? Put the disc on a table, push near the edge of the disc and the opposite side should not lift up. In rare occasions the clamp pins will lower into the mounts. They can be raised with a flat screwdriver but be very carefull. If the pins extend above the CDs they will destroy the printhead ($575)
