I have a Roketa MC-08-50Y scooter that has not been started all winter and I had to charge battery but will only crank and will not start. I read you should try starting fluid in the carburetor but was hoping someone could tell me where to locate carburetor and where to spray fluid? Or give me any other ideas on starting?
