I have a royal rs9512c shredder and it's not getting power, the wall recepticle has power, the fuse in back of machine is good. It's not making any noise or lighting up. Can you help?

I have a royal rs9512c shredder and it's not getting power, the wall recepticle has power, the fuse in back of machine is good. It's not making any noise or lighting up. Can you help?

Sounds like either the ON/OFF switch is defective( can be checked with a multimeter.) OR...the PCB inside may be defective. Once you determine which one you can contact ROYAL at 1-800-524-0799 for parts assistance.
