Report "I have a Ryobi RM480e and having blade difficulties. One of the two blades (left side) is not spinning. There is no debris. The battery is charged and the right blade works fine. When the blade height is set to its highest, the problematic blade wants to start but doesnt to its full potential. When lowering the blade height it doesnt work at all. Tou can hear and feel the blade trying to kick on but eventually doesnt This causes both blades to stop working after a minute or two. Any ideas of what the problem is??"
