I have a Samsung 55 TV, model UN55H6203AFXZA that has a black screen, failed the flashlight test, has a blinking standby light when first plugging in
I tested the voltage from the power board to the main board. Diagram on the board indicates it should be 13v. Multimeter says 12.81. Does this mean the power board is bad or the main board. There does appear to be a burn mark on the power board near the connection that does not go to the main board. Also, when I push the power button on the TV, there is no sound, the standby light goes out. When I first plug it in, the status light blinks steady for about 5 blinks and the goes out. If I press the power button it does one quick blink and then nothing. Installed a new power board, now the flashlight test works. Can see some lettering on the screen.
