I have a Samsung laptop i5 processor, 6Gb of Ram, 1Tb hard drive. It is not installing Windows update 1803. Update assistant tells me RAM, Processor and hard disk are Ok. What's wrong?

That update is only for IT Pro's not for general usage.Also update is similar to 1709 update so you don't have to install.
