I have a Saniflo Macerator and toilet unit in a basement apartment. When the toilet is flushed, the pump does not immediately come on and the bowl fills up with water. Only then does the pump come on but only for a few seconds and the bowl does not empty at all. The water level will drop a bit and the pump will come on again but will not empty the bowl

The internal float is either stuck by sediments or a faulty relay that does not work correctly
An inspection of this unit would have to be done to know
