Report "I have a sceptre naga x42 lcd tv, everytime i turn it on, the standby light goes from red to blue, the tv powers on for two seconds, where i can see fuzz on the screen, perfectly normal, then the screen goes dark but the blue light remains until i turn the tv off and if i turn it on again, same thing, good for two seconds then nothing... any ideas as to the problem here"
