I have a Sentry Fireproof Safe (KS2100). Need to open it to get important documents. However, the key doesn't seem to unlock. I can insert the key, turn the key, remove the key, but the box does not unlock. Looks like the locking mechanism is stuck. What should I do? Take it to a locksmith?

You are supposed to apply downward pressure on the lid when you try to open it. See if that solves your problem.
