I have a service call 174:fatal error message on my OKIDATA C5600. I can find no explanation of what this error is. What is the error and how can I fix it?

I am afraid that this error code "174 error" is available. But about the service call error, the problem is mostly with the Ram. First switch off the printer using the power button, and Please check the ram, remove it and reinstall it or if you have spare, please try with another. Power on the printer and check if this helps or not, I am sorry that I don't have more info than this, about this error. I'll try to contact the Oki with the new error.
