I have a SG14T-JS that has six burners. They all light and stay on for about 10 seconds and then they go out. I cleaned the spark ignitor and cleaned the gas valve connection. Do you have any ideas? Thanks
Hi there. Make sure that the gas supply has the same rating and type as written on the nameplate. Check also the gap of the spark ignitor to the pilot. Spark ignitor also acts as flame sensor for pilot flame proving, it if could not properly sense/ detect pilot flame (in case pilot flame weakens during operation due to low gas supply), it will shut the burners.
