I have a Shark corless sweeper since Nov 2004 and it now makes a lot of grinding noise. How do I get rid of the noise, it works well but noisy

Vacuums - Euro-Pro - Cordless Bagless Upright Sweeper - Blue/Gray

If its that old the plastic gears and parts are probably wore out. Euro pro does not provide many parts other than belts. might be time to replace it
