First off, get a large ice chest, and move your food into it. This is going to take a bit. Turn fridge off.
Once your food is out of the way, look to the back of the freezer, and you should see a plastic / metal cover held on by screws, perhaps plastic inserts / snaps.
Remove this cover, you should see a fan assembly. Make sure that nothing is in the way or touching the fan blades. Turn fridge back on, turn thermostat to coldest setting. The fan should start turning when the compressor turns on.
If fan doesn't turn, check again for obstructions that would stop it. It should at least turn freely by hand (with power off). If it doesn't, then there is something in the way, or the bearings on the motor have gone out.
If the fan does turn on its own, then turn the power back off. Goto the fridge side, and look for vents at the top of the fridge compartment, perhaps on the side of the compartment. Check for anything that has gotten wedged into the vents / stuck in the vents.
A fridge cools by circulating refrigerant to the freezer compartment. From here, a fan will circulate air around the compartment, and some of this air is directed towards the fridge compartment to cool it. If the fan doesn't turn, air won't circulate, and fridge gets warm.
Side by Side models can be a little bit different though. The fridge part on a side by side may have its own fan. Check for an access panel here as well. If present, remove it, and check fan for obstructions as well. Replace or Service as necessary.
