Report "I have a skype phone WP-S1 which will not pass the "3 " sign on screen . I f i plug in the charger it comes up with the "3" signon screen then flashes on and off continuously. "3" helpline tell me it is a common problem that they know about and that the phone needs "reflashing" but guess what they dont support THEIR phone any more How can i get the phone reflashed please"
