I have a SMEG FA311X Fridge Freezer which I would like to turn into a wine storage fridge. To do this I need to raise the internal temperature significantly (I'm looking to run it at around 13 degrees C) but I can't see how to recalibrate it to enable it run with the higher internal temperature - any idea how to do it?

You can get an after market thermal control device that would put it into the temperature range you require, contact an appliance parts supplier for your needs.
