Report "I have a Soleus Air PE3-09R-03 9,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner and it is leaking water all over the floor. I have attached a drain hose to the plug and it is not draining from it and it does not appear to be plugged. I have taken the unit apart and cleaned it all and can't figured out the problem.
