I have a spl-qw120D shredder. Not used it much but as of a few months back it will no longer work. I put documents in the feeder, you hear the switch engage, but nothing happens. If I push the reverse button the blades will engage, but will not work on forward setting. I have taken it apart and tested the switches, they seem to be OK...assume circuit board is bad ? Where can I get one ?

I have same problem. I called Staples tech support. They knew right away what the problem was. It is the sensor switch. It is defective. They said there was nothing they could do about it and I should throw the shredder out and get a new one. Well, I found the sensor switch so I am going to contact an electrician to see if it can be fixed. Stables braggs about their diamond cutting blades that are guaranteed for 10 years. What good is that if the sensor switch wears out in two years!!!
How much for the circuit board????????????
