Do the followings
settings>>wifi>>you will see a blue arrow button next to the connection press that.
if you see the 1st 4 lines full with some number and writings then it is ok or else scroll down and press renew lease or/and try to connect using another network.

no i did that i have an ip address that is not the same as the one on my other computers in the house n i have a subnet mask number that all?? now what
