I have a stuck sanding spindle in the arbor of my JOVS-10 spindle sander. I have tries penetrating oil to no avail. Any ideas without tearing down the whole machine?

One last idea is just trying to tighten it more to possibly breach the seizure or you could put some torch heat to it to try and expand the metal. I'd be careful torching as all the super-fine sawdust and oil. Good luck
