Report "I have a sub zero side by side fridge. Noticed that the moulding on the freezer side door was warm and the white gasket the seals both doors were very warm to the touch. Took vent plate off the houses controls off vacumned out any dust and what we believe to be the condensor which would be in the front of the freezer side seems to maybe be the culprit. tapped on it and it came on. Is it suppose to run all the time or go on and off and does that seem to be a problem with these refrigerators? Could it be the condensor itself or maybe just a faulty switch?"
