Report "I have a sunvision 24 s. The timer will start at 20 if you hold the start button for a few secs bit thats all. Bulbs will not light up. So obviously it is getting power. It does not have a booster yet, just wanted to check the bulbs before I bought a booster. Any ideas? Possibly just needs a booster. I hate to spend a ton of money if the bulbs are bad"
