I have a T5010 Desktop, using a Samsung SyncMaster LCD. Shut the PC down last night, but this morning on boot, no display (Black Screen). Checked all connections, cycled the monitor, and rebooted, but no change. I know this could be video card or the monitor. Any suggestions on next steps?

Any error bips? may be mains problems, with some mains flutuations outside parameters, can result on these syntoms, or burned power supply.
