Report "I have a TEC B-452 which ran fine on my older computer (Windows 7 operating system). I got a new computer (Windows 8), got new software (Labelview 8.5) and got everything set up fine but it won't print correctly. It comes down a fraction of a hair every time a label prints. I noticed there were calibration files on the old computer but can't seem to find any info on how to create, etc. I've tried everything BUT calibrating it again"
