I have a Tecnik TKC240 electric fan oven. The door gets so hot that it is almost too hot to touch and the plastic buttons above the door for the clock, have melted. I have checked the door seal which appears in order. I would appreciate any advice on what may be causing the issue.Many thanks. Barry
