I have a ten year old DESA 100,000 BTU propane heater. It lights well. After two to three minutes, my eyes burn and throat feels raw. Gas flame looks normal. Gargae door up 18" from the bottom. It kicks out periodically - lits immediately. Is the regulator putting out too much gas? Am I sensing too much raw gas? thanks tom

Its not burrning all the gas , clean with compresed air when gas is shut off making sure all the burnner gas holes are clear test outside if problem pursists i would refrain from using it until tested by qualified service person
