I have a Thermador CM302 every thing apears ok no error codes, but after the oven reaches the temp setpoint the heating element drops out there is no indication that this has happened. The oven is still running convection fan is still running and the display apears normal. This happens on both the lower and upper oven

Wow, that sounds like the control unit of the oven has stopped doing it's job. I believe that model has separate heating elements for each oven, so there is hardly any chance that both could have failed. You will want to replace the control unit / board of this oven.
