Report "I have a Thomson 6000 series Twin Tuner Terrestrial Video Recorder which is about 9 months old. I noted recently that there is a TV program sitting in the library which won't open and if I do try to either open it or delete it, the whole machine freezes up and I have to turn it off and on again. It appears to be taking up 2 hrs 26 mins. How can I delete this?"
