Report "I have a toro ccr 3650 snow blower. while running it started to slow and let out loud bangs every 5 seconds. It then stalled and now will not start. I replaced the fuel filter, cleaned the plug, cleaned the screen in the carbeuretor bowl. Gas is flowing. During electric start it lets out an occasional pop but will not start"
