I have a toro z150. I can put gas in the carb and it will start but will not start if I don't.. It's like it isn't getting fuel

Your carb could be dirty. The fuel jet is dirty. Take it out and clean it.

I took it apart and put a air line to it and cleaned and pushed air throw the hole thing.. I can do it again.
