Report "I have a Toshiba TP55C80 and this is my second time replacing the IC's (STK392-110). Last time i did, it helped somewhat. It got bad again and I decided to replace them once more, this time I got a kit from tvrepairkits.com and they send some resistors with the kit. Before I replace any resistors I decided to check them first. Most of them checked good, one of the bigger ones in phisical size similar to another did not read anything. The one similar to this one reads 300 ohms. should I consider this resistor as bad? Also, there's a bunch of tiny resistors and I mean tiny, that some read resistance and a lot of them don't. Is this normal? or are they open too? I have heard that some resistors may not read anything with an ohm meter but it doesnt mean they're bad, that they need to be under load to actually function. Is this true?"
