I have a Toyota Carolla 2000 model. The battery was replaced and the radio indicates SEC. Can’t get it to ask for a code. I did switch on the car and pressed the h button for a minute. Any help?

In security mode when battery was replaced you or who was ever replacing it didnt set it in off mode which is so it doesnt think it being stolen and yours does ---dealer with vin and proof of ownership for your code to enter
