I have a Troy Bilt Mdl #3312HRS of which had a blown engine. It has sit in my garage for several years and I've just recently put another engine in it. It is running now but the Hydro static drive is not working and the mower will not move. Any suggestions on what might be the problem? Thanks Gary

I'm thinking you're low on oil in the hydrostatic transmission. A seal in the transmission may have dried out and shrunken due to years of non-use, and the oil slowly leaked out. Check and fill the transmission. You may still have a slow leak, but it might not be a problem if you check and fill occasionally. Good luck! If this is helpful, please rate my solutions, thanks!
