I have a valet rpn473t2 remote starter that turns the engine over, but not enough revs to start the engine, is there a timer adjustment i can make ?

Yes this is usually due to the wrong tack wire, or the tack wire is not programmed properly, recheck wire, and/or reprogram it (tack wire).
