I have a VB slow close toilet seat and one of the pins is broke. I'm also in need of the two nylon sleevs that hold the screws in place on the bowl. Is it possible to purchase these items?
One of the pins has broken away from the small metal plate and will either need to be re-welded or replaced. The nylon sleeves apparently have runners on each side and would have a threaded bit that the screws tightened on. The bottom (or threaded) piece broke away when I loosened the screws.

Since no one welds part back together (unless you can) so you will have to buy them, but I suggest you call the manufacturer as they will send you the needed parts for free.
