The issue might be with your color wheel, the issues you are having with it matches the symptoms of that specific problem. Something you can also hear a buzzing or humming on the back of the TV, or some kind of vibration if you put your hand on top of it, but the issue with the change of colors and jumping images most likely will be the color wheel.
