I have a Voyager 510 S office headet. I can hear but there is no sound going out. I have tried 2 different headets. My phone has everything built into the handset, there is nothing in the phone body, all is in the handset. Does this work or do I need a different phone like the ones shown in the pictures? Everything else works great, dial tone, calling, answers, listens, i just cannot talk. I have also tried all the settings and plugged the cords in every which way.
