I have a water leak. I have isolated it to a small black rubber tube, aboutn an inch long, protruding under the vehicle, pointing at the ground, just to the left of the forward U-joint. The fluid is clear, colorless, odorless and tasteless, with the consistency of water. Tube projects out of a sheet metal housing of some sort. What is this tube, and why would water be coming out of there? All other fluids are at appropriate levels.
