Report "I have a WD 1TB external Hard drive that always worked fine until a couple of days ago. I use this drive as a backup drive, but it is also the only copy I have of my home videos, which I do not want to lose. All of the sudden, when I would go to play a video, it would open very slowly and constantly buffer, like the drive wasn't relaying the info fast enough or something. The problem became even more apparent when I simply tried to copy a file to my computer. I can still do it, but extremely slowly. Larger files won't even complete the copy. I did a check drive in windows, but it won't complete that either and when I tried to defrag the drive while away over the weekend, it worked for over 30 hours and didn't even complete 20% of the task. I can see the files on the drive, I just can't seem to access them properly. Please help!"
