Report "I have a wharfedale DVDR24HD160F. I ejected a DVD out of the machine, when the drawer closed it then said no disc. This was displayed for some time and by the time I realised the machine was frozen. I unplugged it and waited for a few minutes then plugged it back in - only to find it displays "PREPARING" and nothing happens. Can't use remote control or turn it off without unplugging it again, which the same thing happens again. Can't find manual for item. Please Help!"
