I have a Whirlpool Model LTE5243DQ6, the washer during the rinse cycle would lift up the filter (upper agitator) piece where it would bang on and open the lid of the washer creating a loud nose. I noticed that below the filter, there were pieces of missing plastic. Will replacing the filter (upper agitator) resolve the issue?
